Mie merupakan jenis pangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti karbohidrat dari nasi. Biasanya mie ini tergolong makanan instan karena tidak memerlukan proses memasak begitu lama. Pandemi mengajarkan untuk tetap di rumah saja, dan kita dituntut terus kreatif inovatif walau saja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan memberikan pelatihan pengolahan kopi kepada khususnya Ibu-Ibu PKK tingkat Kota Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode dalam kegiatan adalah metode demo dilakukan secara daring menggunakan platform zoom meeting. berlangsung dimulai dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, tanya jawab, pelaporan. Sebanyak kurang lebih 40 orang jumlahnya mengikuti ini. Materi disampaikan workshop pembuatan bahan dasar tepung, penggilingan, pembentukan mie, menjadi sebuah hidangan. mendapatkan respon positif para peserta online hadir berbagai pertanyaan saat berlangsung. Setelah dilaksanakan, diharapkan memperoleh ide inovasi baru bentuk kopi.
